Have Perfect Skin With Juicing

2-Carrot Apple Ginger Juice:

4 carrots
1/2 apple
Ginger to taste

 Few slices or chunks of pineapple
 1/2 cucumber
 1/2 apple

 Juice all the ingredients. Berries are high in vitamins A, C & E. I remove the stems, juice the berries and save the pulp and eat it later for fiber.
